  • What specifically are you trying to accomplish?

  • What is the timeframe to completion?

  • Where will the activities take place?

  • How many?

  • How will I know when it is accomplished?

Attainable questions answer the possibility that a goal can be accomplished.

  • How can the goal be accomplished?

  • Is the goal challenging yet achievable?

Realistic questions answer the probability that the goal can realistically be reached …

  • I am confident that I personally can accomplish this goal?

  • Do I have a track record of completing this type of goal before?

  • Am I able to visualize a situation where I could accomplish this goal?
